Academy – Missionary Center
We inspire YOU and YOUR efforts
The Missionary Media Center for Youth is a youth body affiliated with the Impact Net Foundation and Impact Online and Radio Ministry, which aims at guiding, nurturing, developing, and educating media talents, in the field of media, especially the new media through the establishment of workshops, media forums and training through work.
More about the mission
The Missionary Center is designed to have a dual process of Learning and Teaching.
Learning from professionals and transferring knowledge from Media professionals (missionaries) to youth and learning from the peer generation.
Accordingly, our focus as a Missionary Center of professional Media workers for youth leaders doesn’t need to be on creating content for your youth but on empowering them to create content for the youth ministry.
This is our opportunity to build partnerships between students and professional Media workers and to be a voice and to influence – modeling behaviors for your youth and showing them how to use social, while not letting social be the one that uses them.
Social plays a colossal role in the everyday life of youths.
There are generational differences in how we use social media. Older folks will generally use social more to reach publicly. Younger folks will use social more to connect personally – Brady Shearer.
Teaching and learning is a process that includes many variables. These variables interact as learners work toward their goals and incorporate new knowledge, behaviors, and skills that add to their range of learning experiences. The teaching-learning process is important to learners because it helps them to acquire new knowledge which shapes them into responsible individuals and makes them ready to face the world.
Learning is the key to education and it is the most important process of gaining an education. Learning is the foundation of an individual’s development and it needs the aid of teaching to be effective. Teaching without learning, on the other hand, is ineffective. Hence, the teaching-learning process is significant to learners as well as instructors.
